Q: Are there any Setup Fees ?

Subscribing to our service and the
activation of your account is free.
Fees may apply for services like
DID's and phone network usage.

How do you charge for calls ?
A: For calls within
North America:
We charge on a 30/6 basis, which means we charge the
first 30 seconds and then every 6 seconds increment.
For international calls: We charge on a 60/6 basis, which means we charge the
first 60 seconds and then every 6 seconds increment.
Q.
What charges will be made to my credit card each month?
A. Each month, you will be billed a monthly service fee,
any applicable toll charges, and applicable taxes and
fees (Regulatory Recovery Fee, E911 Service Fee, State
911 Service Fee and Universal Service Fund).

What type of payment options will I have?
A.We offer automatic payment options through credit card
or checking/savings account.
Q.
Will I have to sign a contract?
A. No. Unlike many providers, Talk2 does not require a
long-term contract. We bill on a month-by-month basis,
which provides our customers with the flexibility to
make changes to their service whenever they need to.
